"While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. The front desk agent was not sympathetic and did not understand how ridiculous the policy is. I’m surprised other guests did not mention...

"This is a very nice hotel. Check-in was simple; we could choose online or in person at the 24hr reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. We appreciated the fridge and coffee machine. The highlight was the exceptional breakfast, which we enjoyed every morning. "Room was great. The price included breakfast which was good. The room came with a fridge which was very useful. The only downside to the hotel is that the walls of the room are not very soundproof so if you are a light sleeper the showers running in the adjacent room might wake you up"

"Fantastic hotel. It use to be a Monastery. I loved.how it uses keys to the rooms and you turn in the keys everytime you leave. The staff were amazing and nice. Only downfall is there is not safe in the room and no elevator from ground floor to reception desk. "

"This is a nice hotel with great location, but not having an AC in the middle of August heat wave really spoiled the experience. We spent two quite miserable and sweaty nights, while otherwise, happy with the service, rooms, and breakfast."
