"Staff lovely, food great, swimming pool perfect for families. Unfortunately building works going on close to hotel which were heard from our room. Room decor a bit tired the throws/cushions on bed with stains but white bedding clean. "

"Stayed 1 night for business in an Exec room number 209. The room is large and nice, it's nothing special and starting to show it's age a little, you can tell it's an accountant designed room rather than an aesthetic one, but it's more than fine, no power points by the bed is very bad though. The hotel itself is all perfectly acceptable, clean but some fixtures and fittings showing their age with cracked tiles in the lobby. "What a great little spot in the center of the island. We feel like we found a hidden gem--great library lounge, the Dungeon Bar served great food, the staff was amazing. Our room was comfortable and the grounds were an opportunity for adventure."

"I have found that dinner in the bar is sometimes amazing and sometimes not, it's a bit hit and miss unfortunately. It was not obvious when I booked the room via Expedia but the bed was a smallish double, thankfully the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger bed. I wish Expedia would make the size of bed more clear when booking. "
