"Tolle Lage,Nettes Personal,die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig.Empfehlen würde ich es nicht und ich selber würde ich es auch nicht nochmal besuchen,ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt."

Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

"Das ganze ist eher eine Unterkunft, als wie ein Hotel. Hätte das niemals gebucht, wenn ich im Vorfeld gewusst hätte, daß diese Unterkunft eher 2 als wie 4 Sterne verdient hat. Das angebliche Frühstücksbuffet, ist eine Lachnummer. Zum Beispiel, die Brötchen sind eingefrorene, selbst aufgebacken, Körnerbrötchen waren immer schnellvergriffen. Brot lagen paar Scheiben daneben. Die einzige Bedienung war sehr nett und bemüht, aber bei den vielen Räumen natürlich total überfordert. In unserem Zimmer...
