I’ve been staying at the Leonardo for nearly 8 weeks and they’ve never been able to provide me with decaf tea until I made a complaint. They should be catering for all aspects They provide decaf coffee but not decaf tea. I find this quite disappointing considering in other areas they are very good."

"We had stayed there before, when we arrived the heating in our room didn’t work but the lovely receptionist sorted us out with a fan heater for the second night. Bit disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned at all for our 2nd night ( just emptying the bins would have been nice!) Another area for improvement would be to fix the massive potholes at the entrance of the car park… but the location is great and the staff are really lovely!"
