We didn’t mind paying £15 per night for dog but they also charged us £20 per night for having to change our room "

"Everything was perfect. The breakfast was especially lovely and well priced. The breakfast manager in particular was a star. Under refurb right now, but noise was at a minimum and entry still very clean and the alternatives for bar and restaurant well chosen and efficiently run. Organised and efficient, clean and comfortable."

"Stayed 1 night in September 2024. As a frequent traveller, I always ask hotels for a Ground Floor room, near to reception, as I have three heavy bags to carry. Usually this request is ignored, but on this occasion, the allocated room was ideal. Very helpful 👍 Good size room, nice breakfast selection. Lovely grounds. Only downside was the bathroom had no heating, and was quite cold. Overall, very pleased, and will book again. "

"Great room in hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Also stayed in the pod which was basic and we were woken up by garden machinery at 6am which was very annoying. Pool and spa was nice but needs upgrading. The "hot tub" is a "luke warm tub". Receptionist Dan was very friendly and offered an excellent welcome."

"I had a grear stay with my two teenage daughters. The room was large wirh a big rv rhat had netflix so they could watch their programmes. We also used the gym which was a good suze with all the equipment you would expect. We didnt use the pool but did see it and it looked very nice and clean. You could feel the heat of the pool walking past. Breakfast was delivered to the room. It was still very hot and the selection was really good. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back again."
