"Truly a fantastic experience! The tour was great! The evening the castle was so quiet it was great! Really fantastic! Minor quibble is the shower was small and short but otherwise perfect!!"

"Beautiful venue, lovely location. Great selection of drinks and food menu was good. Breakfast was very nice indeed. However, the venue had a wedding on the night of my stay and I would have appreciated a) being told this was the case and b) not being put in a room directly above the room that the party was in. Terrible nights sleep and I’m puzzled why when allocating rooms you would place people in that room."

"It’s a lovely cottage, spacious and homely, on a farm with view of fields, hills and sheep. It’s in a good location for visiting all the local historic areas. Hadrian’s wall, the Roman museums etc we even drove to Edinburgh on one of the days. "
