" The Staff had good customer service. The Zephyr staff was pleasant and kind. Reception staff was welcoming and informative. Heating in our room wasn't functioning at times although check by staff the problem wasn't completely resolved. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and amenities offered. "

"The hotel was clean and well decorated. Plenty of lounge, function and dining areas. Food and drink were very good, plenty of choice but high end prices. Breakfast was included, tasty and plenty of it. Service throughout was excellent. Bed and room was comfortable. Mobility access might be a problem? There is an outdoor pool. Centre of town and beach was a good 15 minute walk. No local amenities that I noticed."

"The space was wonderful and perfect for our 8-day stay. The kitchen is more than adequate. We cooked in most nights. It is ideally located a few minute walk from the Liberation Station with buses all over the island. The staff, Amanda and Martina were amazing and kind. SACO is a rare find.
