We couldn’t find any staff anywhere and felt like we were the only ones in the building which felt weird but over all very clean and secure place to stay."

"We’ve just enjoyed a few days at this beautiful hotel, what a find!! Moss is being heavily invested in as an area and as a result we enjoyed a stunning hotel, the spa was incredible, the food was delicious and the staff were really helpful, polite and accommodating to us and our young family. I cannot recommend enough for a few days on a Fijord near Oslo. We’ve stayed in lots of luxury hotels around the world and this one is up there with one of the best. Thank you for such a great time. "Finding the office to check in was simple, contrary to other reviews - I had no trouble. There are three flights of stairs that are unfriendly to wheeled luggage. No problem leaving my luggage at 9am after disembarking my cruise, but I was told although the apartment was not ready (understandable at that time) they would contact me when it was, so I could move in early. By 3.30pm i received no notification, so just returned to the office and sure enough, it was ready. Poor communication when...

"We traveled to Drobak to visit the Christmas house/Christmas festivities. The town was very quiet as it was mid week. There were not many Christmas decorations in the town, but the hotel was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and the staff was unsurpassed. It was an easy walk from the hotel to everywhere in town. The beautiful restaurant served the best food I’d had since starting our travels 3 weeks prior through Belgium, France and Germany. The room was small but adequate and very cozy. "

"It’s a really nice camping sight with a fun playground for kids. The apartment was spacious and clean with enough beds for all of us and a nice bathroom. If you have small kids, we recommend this space. We didn’t visit the surrounding places but we did use it as a home base for our trips into Sweden. "
