"This is my second visit here. I first stayed here in 2018. The guesthouse is without any doubt a very beautiful place to stay. I love the cinema and the tv in my room showing the 1968 tv special. Coffee and tea making equipment is in the room. This beautiful guesthouse is truly “Fit for a king.” I can not wait to return for round three. 10/10"

"Overall I had a very positive experience. The sorrounding area is not the best but I felt safe by the property as they had a gated parking lot and a security on the premise at all times. We came back during after hours and the gates were closed which reassured me that it was safe. The hotel and amenities are great and the overall condition of the room was great for the price. If I ever find myself in Memphis, I would definitely come back for the proximity of the airport. "

"The hotel was amazing but my boyfriend's Tahoe got broken into in a parking lot behind the hotel. If you don't valet this will happen. I luckily did. Worth the ridiculous $32 fee. "

"The hotel’s decor was pleasant but the lobby was dark. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. However the bathroom was a little dark and the height of the toilet seemed to be made for a child! The restaurant was nice but service was awfully slow. Dinner was nice but breakfast not so much. The view of the river was breathtaking and the surrounding areas were beautiful and appeared safe."

"This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. "
