"Not the most appealing looking entry and reception but room was very clean and well equipped with everything needed, like hairdryer, iron, kettle, shower wash shampoo conditioner etc. nice checkout time at 11am. Can leave bags on checkout if flying out late was greatly appreciated. I’d stay here again. Thanks. "

"I thought this hotel was good and comfortable. I little daggy in parts, but the reception area smelt so good! Very inviting. Breakfast was ok and the location to the tram was great for our daily trips to the Australian Open."

"Great service, quite clean and comfy room. There was a pungent smell in the cupboard and coffee area and the shower only has an open screen with no door so the showers were always uncomfortable to be aware of getting the entire bathroom wet. Some plugs and switches in the room were also not working. Otherwise perfect location right across trams and trains and so convenient to go anywhere. "

"The hotel was in a great location for going to the Australian Open and other tours that we took. The buffet breakfast was great, except you had to pay for decaf coffee which doesn't seem fair with regular coffee available and free. The room was good but the bathroom configuration was awful. It is very small and not user friendly for two people. Otherwise the hotel was good."
