"The hotel is unique because of its access to the monumental thermal pool, and the room was a good size and comfortable. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful when we asked them questions, but the site is large and quite complex to find your way around; more information provided at check-in would be good, or in the rooms. After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general.
