We were expelled and had to find another hotel in a neighboring town 30 minutes away by car, as all other hotels around were full. Contacted immediately Expedia, but Expedia chat said that the booking cannot be cancelled as the "stay has already been engaged" and that the refund shall be dealt with the property. The...
