"I stayed at this hotel in March 2025. Perfect location, close to everything. The old town is 5 minutes to walk. There are many shops in that area. Good public transportation. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. My room was clean and functional and good value for the money. They offer a good breakfast! "

"I was really happy with the comfortable bed, kettle and complimentary coffee and tea, storage space for luggage and clothes, even a steamer for clothes in the room, the stable WiFi, great selection at breakfast, the restaurant, the hotel’s location close to shops and the old city; the design of the shower room was not very practical / not what I would have preferred, but it was still alright. "Generally excellent hotel close to the centre. The buffet breakfast is ample and very good. The television in my room did not work and could not be fixed during my short stay. The tub/shower arrangement is a bit treacherous getting in and out."

"A beautifully renovated hotel in the centre of the town. Breakfast is served from 7 - 10, is excellent with a wide choice of sweet and savoury to keep up you going for the day. The hotel is within walking distance of all the sights, restaurants and cafes. We rented a car, so parked it in the hotel’s underground garage for €21 a night. It’s a tight squeeze to drive in and around, however we felt it was worth the extra as we drove out to Radovljica and Lake Bled one day, Škofja Loka (currently undergoing massive renovations in the old centre, so unfortunately disappointing) on our way out as we had an afternoon flight. Ski resorts are within easy driving distance, I did Krvavec (programme the gondola parking NOT the actual ski resort if this is something you are considering) and Cerkno which were pleasant and enabled me to buy morning passes so I could return to Ljubljana in the afternoons. Welded the pool and sauna facilities and these were clean and well maintained."
