"Great hotel location for Midi station and only 20min walk to Grand Place. Room was clean and exactly what we wanted for our stay. Loved the refillable water bottle station in the lobby. Thanks to the kind staff members who made me a cup of tea when I was feeling unwell at 3am!"

"The surrounding area outside the hotel needs serious improvement and is plagued by road/groundworks. However, the Mercure hotel was excellent. I cannot fault the staff as they were super helpful and accommodated my needs as a guest with disability needs. Highly recommend this hotel for disability access 👌. We will be returning this summer. 5* "
