"The property is very convenient. We have stayed here before, and enjoyed it. They updated the lobby since our visit in February. Check in and out was simple. My only issue was the duvet was dirty or stained . I picked a towel up that had hairs stuck all in the fibers and the coffee creamer looked and tasted like water. it had no flavor. It looked like milky water. One sip and in the garbage. "

"The staff were well trained and very helpful Everything you need for a beach vacation was in the resort, which made it hard to leave to see the rest of the areas attractions. The Omlette Lady at breakfast was the greatest. Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular from our room or the beach. . "

"From the time we arrived we had amazing service! Trey greeted us with friendly smile and great advise for local spots to eat! I was very impressed with the Hot Breakfast, no frozen eggs, Hot made to order Omelettes were great! Cleaning crew were very friendly and respectful! Our room Oceanfront with a small balcony, very clean! We will definitely be back! "

"The reception staff was professional and the breakfast options were good. Cleaning staff need more training on basic cleaning skills. For example sweeping the floors and making sure to replace all towels otherwise they did a good job. "

"The bed was firm, which is how I prefer it. The room was clean. It had a tub and shower combo. But the water pressure was low. So it took a while to fill up. My husband said the shower was the same way. But it was hot and for the price it was a good two night stay. Will return again. Very safe and updated. "

"The setting and beauty of the Grand Hotel and its facilities, all kept in pristine condition, are notable. While this is a top-drawer property, the prices (especially for food and beverages) seemed a little high. Perhaps the portion sizes of some of the large entrees could be reduced, though the high quality of the ingredients may account for some of the added expense. "
