To add insult to injury the dining room had a cold water tap that was switched off for the evening service forcing the overpriced tap water to be the only option for guests. Completely unacceptable particularly when already being charged a lot of money for half board. "

"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"
