"We chose this hotel to be closer to the airport before our flight home, and to relax by the pool. We booked 3 rooms. Sadly: the rooms were noisy (not soundproofed), you could hear every word/step in the corridors and in the rooms above us, at night. The bathrooms had bits of hair, loose grouting, dirty light switches and even an old toilet seat screw on the floor! The drinks service was very slow. The check-out is at 12pm but our key cards were disabled at 11:30 so we couldn't shower/pack or...

"Our stay has been absolutely amazing! We were well-looked after by the staff throughout our stay! Although it was a 30-minute drive from the Medina, it was still worth the stay as it provides the peace and quiet that we need after hours of exploring the old town and the desert. "The Hotel facilities are excellent. However, staff and service are just about average. Service is slow. Finding table at breakfast or a seat by the pool was very difficult. Staff were less than helpful in this respect. We stayed in a suite. Cost high but service did not match this"

They welcomed us with a cup of tea on the beautiful terrace and received us much earlier than expected, without making us wait or charging any extra fees. "I don’t know where to start. Simply, if you’re in Marrakesh and you need an escape, this is the place. This family run hotel, is more than a hotel, it feels like they’ve welcomed you into their beautiful grand home. From the taxi from the airport, which the can provide, I was greeted by the amazing family. Every day they were ready to make my stay extra special, even preparing breakfast when I was travelling into the city. Don’t be afraid by being outside of the city, it’s a welcome break and they can provide you perfect transport. The fresh food was also a highlight. When I’m back in Marrakesh this is where I will choose to go and so should you. Thank you to the whole team."
