"Actual property was not well maintained. The beds were unsupported like pull sofa beds are. This resulted in extremely sagging mattresses. The furniture was worn and soiled. The facilities were not clean. "

"Location is good within city limits.. Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Bathroom are clean and comfortable. Commode is bit high for short people. Tv has ample channels to browse. "Age of the property is showing up.. Rooms wasnt well prepared... only 2 towels, no hand towels, leaky water faucet made the whole bathroom wet.. no floor towels, broken clothes hanger behind toilet door. King bed was bent in the middle due to age.. Ive been a windflower patron for over 15 years, Overall not worth the money anymore unless they do a major overhaul. "

"Le séjour s'est bien déroulé. Mais nous avions payé notre séjour lors de la réservation, et malgré la présentation du reçu, le gérant a exigé que nous payions à nouveau en espèces, arguant qu'il n'avait jamais rien reçu. Fort désagréable. "

"First appearances fueled hope. it was soon dispelled by reality of lack of service or faculties. For food, I needed to walk a kilometre. No tea or coffee in room. No face towel besides one for bath. No toilet paper. I was greeted with ‘you are the luckiest person to have this room at less than half of what others are paying for it.’ Their attitude seemed to say, I was lucky to hope to get six hours of sleep at their place for only Rs. 3000. "
