The location is perfect, far enough from town, but not so far that you are out of reach. The hotel is close to the tourist shuttle bus stop and you can easily get around without a car or scooter. "You will need a car to stay here, as it is a little ways to any of the Kenting attractions. Google Maps had a problem finding this place -- the location shown was almost correct, but it took us to a small dead-end street on the backside of the BnB/hotel, which did not get us there. The place itself is very nice, clean, new and quiet. Breakfast is not a buffet - you have the choice of a congee meal or a breakfast sandwich (at least when we were there). The owners are very nice.
