"Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. "The JOYMOON hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel was amazing for the price. Service checking-in was a bit questionable. No smiles or welcoming - all business! I stayed on the main road side which was very loud with the chronic sounds of vehicle horns of all hours. If you're planning a trip to the Yellow Mountains - JOYMOON is quite a distance from the mountains - short cab ride from hotel to bus (7 CNY) then "local" bus to town outside mountain area...
