"Only issue was the wechat ordering system didn’t allow you to add some items. The staff said it didn’t work. You could add basic items like a drink but if you wanted to add spaghetti pasta for example - it gave you sauce and pasta options but no way to add it to cart. Also, should add English option as it seems most local Chinese guests ordered food from external restaurants. I think most guests to order from hotel would be international visitors who would need English menu. Staff very friendly....

"This hotel is incredible. More incredible is the staff. I left my passport inside the taxi that the hotel had reserved and Sam (I think he is the night manager) helped me to find the driver and made him bring it to the airport minutes before the flight was closed. And the breakfast? Out of this world! Thank you all! Will definitely stay there again when back to Shenzhen."

"The hotel is very clean and the rooms were great. My only major frustration was the fact that they don't have their sauna running and it apparently has been running for over a year. When you advertise something you should provide it. I can understand something getting fixed over a month but not years."

"This is a fabulous and new hotel.The room was spacious and bathroom was superb, clean and tidy at all times with a big bath tub, loved it! The pool and gym was well equipped and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was exceptional with a huge variety of choices. "It was a short business trip to Guangzhou. The front desk and reception service was excellent. As a foreigner, I have difficulty in arranging a taxi. The staff (Wechat nick name La La) help me to book a taxi each time I needed one. The hotel location is excellent as it is very near to subway station and a big shopping mall. Thank you. "
