"Hotel is very nice!! Great location for anyone traveling to Victoria without a car. Close to both the clipper and blackball ferries. Also, close to the really cute downtown. Super dog friendly if you want to travel with your furry family. I would have given it 5 stars but there was an issue with housekeeping services while we were there and they didn’t do turndown or make up the room the following day, even though we were asked if we wanted those services at checking. "Glad to have hard flooring. Air conditioning worked well. Bed very comfortable. No microwave and tiny recommissioned bar fridge. Had a trip to US recently and now think some form of complimentary breakfast is an expected part of an overnight stay. The toilet is older low and no soft close lid. "

The rooms are beautiful and clean; please make sure to book Ocean View as it’s completely worth the money!! Checked in easily, offered a local cider at the front desk, poured into a nice glass, escorted with drink in hand to my room where the she gave me an overview of the ammenities. Room cozy, beautiful furnishings, fireplace and a really nice view of the marina. Happy hour in the pub. Food was truly delicious, especially the cauliflower wings. Quiet grounds, very friendly and accomodating staff. Definitely will be visiting again."
