"Did not get Wi fi connection for 2 hours after checking in: they said person was out for lunch! Covering staff did not know what he needed to do! Had to log in for Wi fi again next day even with continued stay. Saw a mouse outside the room the very first day. Dining hall’s doors were kept open to the reception area leading to smell of cooking in the reception and hallways. Dining hall did not have brightness. Staff was courteous but buffet breakfast was not available one day from limited...

"Property in poor condition - floor dirty , carpet filthy in corridors and lifts too Service not up to 4 stars - poor communication . Food order incorrect - reception staff friendly at first but became unhelpfulwhen issue arose.ab out late check out fridge was turned off by cleaning staff and only notice when floor became wet . Overall a unpleasant experience . Would not recommend a stay there "

"Newly poorly built hotel Has 8 floors each floor with 6 rooms. Rooms don't have much space i had to ask staff to remove unnecessary furniture to creat space for my 2 suitcase. If you are someone who needs floor space for prayers, exercise like yoga or any other reason you will really struggle for space in the room. The bathroom is poorly designed the shower water is not contained in a enclosure its open and water wets the entire bathroom if someone wants to use the toilet or basin after...
