"Beautiful high-end hotel. The most important aspect of a hotel stay is cleanliness and this aspect was excellent. An example was staff mopping the outdoor dining patio in the morning. All staff we encountered were courteous. Our room was exceptional. It was huge and we enjoyed the ability to open the windows for fresh air. The lighting was lovely, with the ability to have various lighting options. Our first night the a/c wasn’t up to par but the next evening we complained and 2 repairmen came up...

"I have traveled around the world quite and this was one of the best hotel experiences. The place is very centrally located to most restaurants and things you want to visit in Poiana Brașov, the hotel is maintained to the highest standards and the one thing that stood out the most was the hotel staff. Super friendly and courteous and always with a smile on which is one of the things that is missing in lots of places in Romania. Very deserved 5 stars and highly recommended. "

"I was visiting for my partners father 80th birthday celebration. It was my first visit to the area and the Hotel. The hotel can only be described as a Gem! It was outstanding, beautifully clean, the staff were amazing and the manager always asking if everything was ok. The staff were very friendly and polite.
