"I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. My daughter got injured minutes after getting the room and nothing worked in the villa, the phone, toilet and sinks all didn’t work. "The stay started as a holiday from hell with the hotel putting us in a run-down worker's accommodation because they didn't have a room available. We were given our room the next day—a spacious room on the 2nd floor with a large bathroom and balcony. The staff were amazing, especially Ramazan/Rambo. "Marvelous experience. The hotel is quite scenic, so just walking around is a feast for eyes. However, it is also very tranquil, perhaps it was the time that we decided to go. It is a great place to kinda getaway and hideout for a week or month. I love it. The staff were all friendly and attentive to our needs. It was a comfortable getaway to say the least."
