"This hotel was very good comparable to other 4/5-star hotels in the area with a much better price. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Restaurants and food variety was excellent. Poolside restaurant had a great selection of American cuisine. Breakfast buffet was great. Provision of free water bottles everyday and minor details like weighing machine in room is a boon for foreign visitors."

"12 months since my last visit and the staff are even better than I remember. Arriving 2am you might except the “night” staff welcome but no smiling faces and helpful staff. The room is well equipped but the towels could do with changing as they are getting a bit scratchy but everything else is fine. "Paid 18000 ra for one night and my experience This is a very dated hotel ..all the furniture’s too I didn’t have a pleasant experience. Checked in at 0100 am and had to holler for the staff at front desk The room had a pungent smell of bleach so requested ti swap which they did. The wifi is unsecured .. anyone can connect to it, upon enquiring they said because of an issue they have left it unsecured. Bathrooms - flush worked after three attempts, and the sink flush too. TV didn’t work...

"This hotel doesn't even deserve 3 stars. It doesn't really smell good, the sheets and pillows are dirty. The rooms smell really bad, however the reception staff are friendly. I do not recommend this establishment. I was in a hurry to leave him."
