"I chose this hotel due to its idyllic look & since I was traveling with 4 colleagues, they all booked here too. On arrival, found out you don’t stay in the schloss, rather a very unattractive side building, freezing cold, tiny room. The restaurant was closed, another reason I had chosen this hotel was because it had a restaurant, nobody told us it would be closed. Very poor. "My husband and i were given a single room on the first floor overlooking the bar next door. It was noisy but we couldn't even close the window because the room (and i think the hotel in general) doesn't have A/C. For 4 star they advertised it's not acceptable However i assume it's common for the small town in Europe. The room had a standind fan. The hotel is old and outdated - need a serious refurbish. "

"Insgesamt hatten wir eine gute Woche in Presseck. Allerdings mit ein paar Abstrichen. Die Betten und Matratzen sind vielleicht etwas für Kinder, für Erwachsene überhaupt nicht geeignet. Durchgelegen, knarzend, quitschend und zu klein. Das ganze Haus knarzt bei der kleinsten Bewegung, bei den ganzen Durchgangszimmern sehr ungünstig für jeden Schlaf. Es gibt kein Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, auch keine Streuer dafür, keinen Mixer, keine Mikrowelle, keine Bürste, keinen Schwamm, keine Stühle, keine "Möbel"...
