"Excellent hotel in a very unusual suburban/industrial area, 4 km from the centre of Vannes. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and the bar in the hotel was terrific. I would love to know why this neighborhood even exists, but as a visitor only staying 24 hours in the area it was worth staying here to save the hassle of driving into the city centre at night. We went into the city the next day and all worked out fine. "

"Staff were brilliant, very accommodating to our needs. Facilities excellent and allowed for a great nights sleep. The hotel ls well positioned to explore Vannes and easily walkable to good food and drink, the old town, the rugby stadium and the port. "

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in what was supposedly the largest room and it had an incredibly strange layout. The toilet and closet were by the front door and then you walked down a hallway to get to the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was large but again the layout was strange. Also, the room was on the 5th floor but the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, so we had to walk up a spiral staircase (with all our luggage) to get to our room. "This is such a lovely welcoming hotel – and it smells amazing! The staff are super helpful and happy to answer any questions and provide guides and maps. The room was exquisite with all amenities needed for a super lovely stay. We were lucky to be able to park in the onsite carpark for our stay, but there looked to be plenty of alternative parking options available around. Breakfast was superb with lots on offer. "GOOD restaurant to complete a nice set up. But nothing around the property, no adequate space for walking and fully enjoy the stay. Breakfast is good, but my expectetion was higher. Try the spa, a nice set up is right at you room door"

"The Good. -------------- Staff --- Check-in and front-desk staff very helpful. Very pleasant. Room --- A fully self-catering apartment. Very spacious. Two TVs. Full kitchen. Bedroom. --- Very comfortable. Pool --- Great facilities. Parking --- "Real" car parking. Easily fit SUVs, touring, people-carriers, and luggage in/out. (Unlike so many other French hotels with car-parks that only fit..."smurf" cars.) Breakfast --- Lots of options. Air Conditioning. --- Absolutely outstanding. A fully, stand-alone unit. Completely controllable by you. Not "gated" by a central box at reception (like so many other French hotels). If you like "real" air conditioning, and want 16-18 Celsius, this is your hotel. Summary --- I would strongly recommend this hotel. Especially if you have a mid-sized/big car, and/or you like American-quality Air Conditioners. "
