"Had city facing room, which actually had a partial sea view. Nice hotel, a little dated with darker wood finish but good size room with tall windows. Bed comfortable, safe provided, fridge but no tea/coffee making facility. Good breakfast. Hotel is about a 15 min walk from bus station. We were there towards end of season so hotel quiet on check in but got a little busier. Enjoyed stay."

"First the positive: this is a fine hotel with nice facilities and nice beach access within walking distance of Novigrad center. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Good spa / gym. The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. The hairs in the bathroom I noticed when I arrived but...

We didn’t realize that a champagne apertivo, breakfast, and brunch was included, which was a wonderful surprise. There are many excellent dining and wine options within easy walking distance. "Lovely hotel but service from staff is very slow. Also despite paying for a particular type of room they tried to give me a cheaper room upon arrival. This happened last year too. I had to insist it was changed to what I’d paid for which they did. Other than that I’d recommend. Food is good with a huge choice, comfy beds and place is always very clean"

"Wir wohnten zu fünft ( 2 Erwachsene und drei Kinder) in einer Villa . Davon gibt es mehrere, die aneinander gebaut sind. Die Villa hat zwei Schlafzimmer ( ein Doppelbett und ein französisches Bett) und eine Schlafcouch. Zusätzlich eine kleine Küchenzeile und zwei Bäder (1xDusche und 1x Duschwanne). Das Appartement ist sauber, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv ist die Klimaanlage im Appartement.
