It was noisy but we couldn't even close the window because the room (and i think the hotel in general) doesn't have A/C. For 4 star they advertised it's not acceptable However i assume it's common for the small town in Europe. The room had a standind fan. The hotel is old and outdated - need a serious refurbish. "

"Front desk staff spoke no English, have a translator ready. Other staff that passed by during my check in apparently spoke no English either. Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). "We loved the pools, especially the salt water pool where you are super bouyant. The Waldquelle restaurant was a real treat, great service and good food, especially the desserts. The hiking was great and started right at the hotel. "
