"My husband and i were given a single room on the first floor overlooking the bar next door. It was noisy but we couldn't even close the window because the room (and i think the hotel in general) doesn't have A/C. For 4 star they advertised it's not acceptable However i assume it's common for the small town in Europe. The room had a standind fan. The hotel is old and outdated - need a serious refurbish. "

"This hotel is only 15 minutes from the Oberwiesenthal ski area. The facilities are spacious, modern and very clean. Lots of parking too. l was hesitant to book a single room because there were no photos on the listing, but this turned out to be the most comfortable single room ever. It was large, there were three floor-to-ceiling windows, balcony, sofa, large bathroom with massage jets. Excellent to say the least. Breakfast choices were extensive. "We loved the pools, especially the salt water pool where you are super bouyant. The Waldquelle restaurant was a real treat, great service and good food, especially the desserts. The hiking was great and started right at the hotel. "

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."
