It's far enough away from the bustle of the main tourist traps to be relaxing, yet close enough to walk to them, or jump on the underground station a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Some good food options close by and only a 15 minute walk to the TV Tower, which was impressive."

"Excellent room EXCEPT some fool had installed the curtain rail to follow the slope of the ceiling. Naturally that meant the curtain just slides down the slope. We suggested a solution of pegging that section of curtain to the larger section of curtain which was not sloping down. We asked if they could provide some way to pin them together. The receptionist insisted it would be taken care of by the housekeeping staff. It wasn't. Put a do not disturb on the door or be interrupted by a knocking...
