"Hotel was great, helpful friendly staff. I just objected to getting a £5 per night charge for parking my car in the car park. The hotel is quite remote so no other way of getting there. At least be up front and tell people about the charge before they book the room!"

"Unfortunately we could not make the trip as my wife’s mum was taken into hospital. It was the night before are stay so could not get a refund. I did contact the hotel directly to see if there was a chance of a new date just in case. I did get a nice email from Amanda to confirm we could not .
