"Very well run, clean and modern Holiday Inn hotel. Reception staff went the extra mile to help, after we were redirected to Barcelona after Valencia flooding, and were exceptionally helpful. Location is not great ... well outside the city center, in an industrial region. So if you need to commute to see the sights of Barcelona, expect a lot of taxi bills! (Around E50 a pop). Apart from that, very nice place to stay ... recommended. "

"The property when you first arrive is absolutely stunning, the landscape everything spoke of high end resort. The room was huge and initiall was stunning. Then you see water spots from like a broken water pipe around the baseboards. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the shower drained very slow. "The overall stay experience was great. Food good at the breakfast. The receptionist was great from day one, always helping and providing a fantastic services. The only bad note of the say was the Aircon at room 317 because it was in bad shape and make a terrible noise. The security locker do not have battery therefore didn't work. "

"I booked 7 nights for a holiday with my daughter and my son, staff were so polite, cleaning service was perfect, the environment of hotel was amazing. Breakfast everyday on time. Everything about this hotel was really good and can't complain. The only downside was distance, we spent lots of money on taxis everyday to go to different places as the public transport wasn't an option. I recommend this hotel for short or long stays but if you are on holiday, either have own car or find out public...

"The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months.
