"We had a great stay at Hotel Mayfair! I had previously requested we had balloons in the room on arrival, when we got there there was balloons, a card and some Prosecco, made our trip so special. The hotel is within walking distance to Tivoli and the train station and Metro into town but it’s also not a far walk from town if you choose to do that instead. "Hotel aesthetics and common area cleanliness is great and actual rooms are large. But housekeeping in our room was lacking and needs improvement, we stayed for 4 nights and not once did they change out our bed sheets, provided no face towels, and they need to check the provided toiletries such as lotion, conditioner if its empty and needs to be refilled.
