All I can say that I had an issue with was that there’s no air conditioning as well as no fans offered. Which meant that we did not sleep well because of the excessive heat, even with the balcony door open. I asked in regards to using a fan, but they said they didn’t have any. Staff, in particular Umberto very helpful not just with food and wine (using Coravin to provide a wide selection by the glass), but also any other questions we had including hiking suggestions, which were spot on for us.
