"Room and shared areas were clean and beautiful. The view is simply stunning! The restaurant on site is delicious and the staff is kind. The hotel is not conveniently walkable to town or the beach - a car might be necessary for getting around. The resort pool and pool chairs could’ve used a little cleaning. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!"

"The place as a beach resort is excellent and i would have given it 5 stars except 2 major issues: - miserable internet and wifi connection. Couldn’t do any work or even send emails - the breakfast buffet (which is included in the price)doesn’t have a coffee station so to get a coffee one has to order it and wait 30-50 min to get the coffee. I drew these issues to the attention of guest relations and hope it will be fixed before next visit which for sure will do"

There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "This hotel is listed as a luxurious resort and while it has many amenities such as a spa that was wonderful and brand new and a great pool, much of it needs repairs and updating. They have no luxurious amenities in the room. The furnishings are inexpensive, plastic soap holders and plastic trash can old sheets that are thread bare and rough, towels that are worn and stained we had to ask for new. No towels at the pool or at the sub chairs. You have to rent them daily from the desk if you need...
