"During my stay I was assisted by reception who were professional and very helpful by booking taxis and providing information about the area. Their security was also very thorough. "Don't expect the glamor of the lobby photo online--that is very good photography, but the reality is a bit less grand. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but Pakistan is not as advanced as some of its neighbors when it comes to tourist infrastructure. (It was two days before I saw anyone who wasn't South Asian in Islamabad--there just isn't that much tourism, or even that much international business, at least that I could see. "We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I would suggest the hotel to have better insulation as cold air kept creeping through whilst it was already cold. The bed sheet were slightly stained which was disappointing. The main building of the hotel was pretty and the breakfast was just okay nothing spectacular. There was free parking available for those driving. The hotel is a 15/20 mins drive to Mall Road. The staff at the hotel were kind and professional."
