"Overall, the stay was great. It’s a beautiful hotel with well kept facilities. The pool and spa are great. The breakfast is wonderful! We had only one complaint: the shuttle to the train station. Upon check out we were asked if we wanted to use it and said yes. It was scheduled to leave 10 minutes later and no one showed up to drive the van. We waited about 15 minutes after it was scheduled to leave and no one ever came. It was at checkout time so the lobby was very busy and we didn’t have time...

No dining option for a Sunday night but we were able to find a restaurant at the adjacent shopping centre. "Hotel is perfectly located right next to ski lift, bus stop and rental shops. Very comfortable rooms. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too.
