"This is a very nice place. We enjoyed our one night stay. The staff was great but needed to work more on communication. The letter in the room stated breakfast until 10:30 am and to leave the keys in the dorm. When we got to the reception the check out date we learned that breakfast was until ten, but in the other hotel, until 10:30 [ there are three hotels together]. "Beautiful rooms and close to the Venice airport with a shuttle service for a nominal fee. You can't really walk anywhere, but the hotel had a very nice restaurant and we had a wonderful meal our last night in Italy. My only complaint was the lack of a plug in the bathroom to heat up my curling iron, and of course where there were other plugs in the room there were no mirrors."
