"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). "Full service hotel in stunning setting - secure car parking (at extra cost). Staff were particularly helpful and extremely welcoming. Breakfast room, cafe/bar and dining area were delightful as were the meals we enjoyed there. Hotel and room were spotlessly clean and we had a very pleasant stay."
