"We were on foot and able to walk to/from the train station through Annecy which took a leisurely 40 mins (for those so inclined - it’s a hill!). The climb was worth it. Beautiful lake view from our window and pleasant concierge staff. We rented e-bikes (40e/each) for a day and road the beautiful 26mile path around the lake. Also easy access to hiking trails above Les Tresomes. Highly recommend! "

"We stayed here for our honeymoon! Beautiful room!! Amazing rain shower, & the toilet was separate from the shower/sink. The bed was so comfortable!! It was super close to the train station and downtown Annecy. Seriously, such a perfect location! Highly recommend this hotel. "

"We parked at the multi storey across from the hotel which was really convenient. The hotel is in a great location for the town and lake. Very easy walking both day and evening. We arrived a bit early and the lovely lady at reception booked us in with a slight upgraded room. The room was lovely. Beautifully decorated and presented. We didn’t eat here but overall a great hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel was very nice but room did not cool at night and do we opened the window for cooler air. People outside yelling till 4am so the nights rest was not good."

"The hotel and its surroundings are very beautiful. Great customer service. The main building is stunning. We stayed in an annex which wasn’t as nice and the carpet was stained, nevertheless the room was very comfortable and large. Bed is very comfortable. They offer a bottle of water and tea in the bedroom which is a nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with L’ Occitane toiletries. Unfortunately we left early and didn’t have the opportunity to have breakfast which was included. We recommend this...
