"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s super convenient to have all the facilities under the same roof. Ski hire, lockers, swimming pool, restaurant, pool table, bar and even the ski lift is Less than a minute walk away. Indoor and outdoor pool is pretty special, the only thing missing is a jacuzzi. "Lovely hotel in a good location with friendly helpful staff. We were staying on a bed and breakfast tariff and the breakfast selection was very good and fresh. Bar area a good size with comfortable seating and an open fire. Our only criticism is the fact that you have to pay extra for the sauna/jaquzzi when you are a hotel guest. I can understand that you need to book a time/slot as it is small but €20 each per hour was very disappointing, we decided not to use it so can’t comment on the...

"Had a delay in route to the hotel. Spoke with staff on the telephone explaining the delay in Italy and I would arrive very late that night. They put me at ease explaining there will always be someone available 24 hours"

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. "Wow! The hotel is amazing! We loved everything about our stay. I highly recommend it for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, magical atmosphere, and excellent customer service. It definitely deserves a big thumbs up! We visited on White Day, and there was a lot of snow! The sauna was fantastic, and the view was breathtaking!"

"Please note the rooms are nice but very small, they have small balconies which were very nice in the summer. Restaurant was also quite nice, however only serves until 21:30 so check your arrival time. Lots of good places to eat in the small town "

"The apartment was suitable, the toilet room could have been a bit bigger. Also the fan in the kitchen ran 24/7 This was room F304, we didn’t report it though."

"Noisy machinery working through the night. Some sort of pumping? Kept me awake. Shower was very low pressure. No cleaning materials provided, I had to buy and leave behind. Otherwise ok. "

"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."

"Overall a vey high quality hotel. However, I had half board and although the quality of the food was excellent , I would have thought that dinner should give some options on the menu. They were happy to provide alternative if I had asked during the day. Butter should given with the bread instead having to ask each time. An additional cheese dish at 22 euros is a little expensive."

"Nice and clean, very friendly and helpful staff, the only thing I did not like the room was little bit dark for me and no bathtub or spa. Only jacuzzi and massage I used. Other than that perfect hotel in the area. Fully recommended "

"Camping charmant, mais il est surprenant de trouver en France des structures qui ne parlent pas le français. Camping très prisés des touristes hollandais, plusieurs problèmes avec la réservation hôtels.com, le camping ne trouvant pas trace, puis voulant nous facturer les draps. Enfin petit déjeuner continental cher, de mauvaise qualité et trop léger en quantité."

"This property is great value for money and is really close to thebest lifts in Alp d’Huez. For the cost it is really smart and the breakfast was excellent. Staff all really niceand helpful. €20 to use the spa which we were happy paying. Only advice is to get a room at the backof the property as the frontis quite noisey."
