"We loved our stay at AlQasr. The staff were well trained, professional and polite. The breakfast was good with options though the cold cut were kind of old and dry. The kitchen was open for personal style fried eggs if requested. Clean and quiet. Rooms tend to be business hotel style with size and furniture, but clean and comfy bedding. Enough toiletry and towels. Don’t miss the view from the restaurant at top, the menu is great and reasonably priced too. Thank you and for sure will be back! "

"I booked for two nights with Expedia. An hour later, I contacted the Property and asked them if I can change it to one night. They replied, yes. When I went to the property and I asked to change it, they said they can’t change it. They upgraded me to a suite as A compensation But the place was filthy There is piss If not more on the couch "
