"Front desk was very welcoming, informative, friendly. Rooms, bathroom, balcony were very clean! Happy with that. Had the ocean view and beaches are a very short walk from the hotel!! Was a quiet neighbourhood for good sleep. Need a car otherwise have to take the bus to old town which takes around 40 min and uncomfortably packed with tourists. Use google maps as there are multiple bus stops to get to old town. On checkout day, I took the bus which stops right in front of the hotel with my luggage...

"This is quite a difficult review to write because we really loved the hotel but the behaviour (shouting, swearing, screaming) of another guest led to the police being called on at least two occasions, one at 02:30! Our misfortune on night 1 of a 2 night stay was to been in the next room to this individual, so we aked to change rooms for night 2. "Wonderful stuff eith excellent service. here, too, you have a bad grasp of the music that is played on speakers and event music. if you look at the guests this time of year, I guess the average age is 60, and then the music and volume should be adjusted. complaints the drain and the lock on the balcony were not fixed despite reminders. window sections facing the airport should be replaced with insulating glass because there are very loud noises from the frequent air traffic."

"Very nice property!! Everything was brand new and very well kept. The parking was pretty easy and convenient. The small town of Sóller is fantastic!! This Hotel is right in the middle of the action. Great location. Note: They were a little understaffed at night so service was limited. They couldn't serve us a night cap after we arrived for dinner. #bummer"
