"I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and spent my stay sweating instead of relaxing. It is not fair for the amount of money I paid to not have AC in a super hot room. House keeping didn’t even change the towels or gave shampoo or soap. They went in fixed the bed and left "

"Check-in and the reception service were fine. The breakfast in the morning was great. The room, however, reeked of smoke and was really dated. I’m not sure how they justify €200 per night. The location is lovely and great for a restful break. We stopped off for a day off on a trip around Germany as we knew it would be hot. "The hotel is located up in the hill near the palace. Many things in Potsdam city is located far from the central station, and this hotel was the same. So we took a taxi to get there, but we figured how to get around with public transportation next day and it was easy. Beautiful hotel, and have everything you need, breakfast had so many choices and very fresh! "

"Fantastic hotel in the middle of the Dutch Quarter; beautiful area and walkable to everything! 2 min walk to bus stop; 7 min walk to tram stop. Beautiful and clean rooms, and the cute balcony was a bonus. No complaints, but one thing for perspective travelers to note: there is no restaurant. There is a breakfast service and a bar, but no actual restaurant, meaning, no lunch, no dinner, and no room service.
