"Very nice, clean hotel, comfortable quiet rooms"

"Room was very run down, sink was stained and the paint peeling in the room and bathroom. There were only 6 working television channels and the vending machine was nearly emptied of drinks. The ONLY options to eat are Denny’s and Wendy’s. They are NOT within walking distance and there is no gas station, or small store to shop at. The one staff member was very kind and the pool area was well-maintained. "

"I've stayed here multiple times to visit family over the past 5 to 6 years. The hotel seems to be lacking in maintenance as the years pass. Its still relatively clean, but lights not working in the rooms has become the norm. Missing/broken towel racks, water damaged window frames, and ripped window screens are a few things I saw on this trip. "This was an extended stay because my husband was having a major surgery and weather was bad. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious with small kitchette which was perfect for me. We were there 5 nights. I could see the hospital from my window. "
