"Easy check-in process, despite arriving close to midnight. Clear instructions provided on how to use lockbox. I forgot to check where we could park - there is free parking. But it was all sorted next morning with no dramas. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is large. Toiletries are provided. There is no air con due to the heritage listing of the property, but fans and heaters are provided. Well stocked mini bar (pay per item) and continental breakfast provided. "Communication was excellent prior to arrival to obtain check-in information. Our apartment clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were really comfortable and the property was within walking distance to eating and shopping options in the city centre as well as penguin viewing. Bathroom was clean and spacious. We also utilised the laundry facilities while we were there and it was great to have a huge washer and dryer available for free. As the apartment faces the highway it was a bit noisy at times...
