"Quite basic, but includes everything necessary for a short stay. Disturbing noises during night caused probably by ventilation. Quite unattractive area / surroundings at a busy junction next to a public parking lot, but otherwise located in residential low rise neighbourhood, certainly not a city environment. Quite remote from city centre. However, staff was very professional and helpful. Practical for a one night stay."

"Hotel was very good, restaurant was very good. We booked a sauna room, which was very nice, but were disappointed that there was no spa availability. Perhaps the hotel should pre-offer spa services to guests booking in the hotel, it would have been nice as we were looking forward to that opportunity. The location of the hotel is interesting, being in an industrial area, so nothing to see or do outside the spa. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic! "

"Good service and some good facilities (like a two lane bowling alley!) but very dated I guess this was a great hotel once but feels like no investment has been made in it for 30+ years. No aircon in rooms and dated furniture. Breakfast was basic too"

"This hotel would be OK for half the price, otherwise it is a big disappointment. The room and breakfast area dark and clammy. AC did not work, heaters went on automatically at night (in June!) and could not be turned off. Overall, the place had a feel of 1980s."

"They are renovating this hotel, but they should NOT be booking rooms like this! We booked two rooms, one had blackout curtains, but the other did not, and it was bright in the room at 4:30 in the morning! The shower did not work, there was no hairdryer or iron in the room. The beds are terrible, the mattresses are like camping mattresses. The carpet was dirty and very old and stained. I would never recommend this hotel. I rented two nights and prepaid, or I would not have stayed a second...

"This property is not a hotel. It is a very nice B&B. What it describes itself as having is untrue. It is not a spa, per se. It has a treatment room and you can order (very good) treatments in advance. There is no restaurant or bar. You are offered an evening meal but you have a choice of two dishes which you order in advance. There is no starter and very limited dessert choice. There is a (very expensive) wine list. It lists, among other things, tennis courts, full spa services, mini golf, horse...

"This is a good, standard 4 star hotel. Of a similar quality to the famous chains like Clarion or Marriot etc. which makes it good value too. Everything well maintained. and presented."
