"Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel. Même si il était quelque peu éloigné des principaux attraits de la ville, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les chambres sont propres et confortables et le personnel est attentionné. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que l'hôtel nous offre gratuitement un billet de transport pour que nous puissions nous rendre au centre-ville et à la gare en autobus. Et que dire du petit déjeuner. Tout simplement délicieux !!!"

"Centrally located in Wernigerode, short walk from the station and a short walk to the main shopping area. Bit of a longer walk to the castle. Room was a good nice, nice shower, beds comfortable. Breakfast was included, and was okay."

"Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Hotel is virtually next to the Goslar Train Station. Short walk to the old town with beautiful wooden buildings, perfectly representing medieval Germany (pardon me if I am wrong), a wondering plaza, and the Kaiserplatz. Excellent housekeeping."

"We got upgraded to a fantastic large room (almost apartment) with a large balcony. This did ofcourse improve our over all impression of the hotel but service in the bar and breakfast restaurant was excellent and so was the breakfast. Perhaps not the cheapest in town but good choice when you want to explore Goslar and rest of The Harz area."

"The stay was OK, except the internet on our floor was not working (acknowledged by the reception, but not fixed). The big complaint is that, despite emails sent, the hotel never reported the stay to Hotels.com, and hence we have still not received our bonus stamps for the two nights. Since this was not reported even after a reminder email, I conclude that the behavior is intentional, so if you are collecting rewards you should AVOID THIS HOTEL!"

"Quaint and charming property with amazing kitchen service from our elegant multi course meal to the extravagant breakfast buffet in morning. Great location in town for strolling along to all of the shops as well as getting to trail heads for hiking up the mountain. "

"Fantastic place. Not fancy, but clean, friendly and just a great stay! Restaurant closed Mondays, but a nearby restaurant "Klippe" took care of us:-) after dark, we had to figure out to use the side door with our key card, but got it to work. Breakfast was great, staff amazing. Ate at restaurant the next day and it was fabulous! Also- the 'conference room' area has an honorary system: take a snack, beer or wine and deposit some cash into a little piggy bank! Love it!!!!"

"Very nice place, great lodges, friendly staff, well equipped for children and a great location for seing harzen. But it is expensive. They will charge you 2.5 euro per person per day as an extra energi tax, which is not a part of the pricing on expedia. And a 'kur' tax, whatever that is. Childrens bed and baby chairs are also not included in the price (which I would expect from a 4 star, family friendly establishment). The breakfast is 18 euro per person per day and although it is a decent...

"Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in Bad Harzburg verbracht und waren sowohl vom Hotel als auch von der Kurstadt selbst positiv überrascht. Einzig schade war, dass das Hotelrestaurant und die Hotelbar abends geschlossen war. Dafür haben wir aber ein super Frühstück genossen und mit dem Glas Sekt am Morgen angestoßen. Lieben Dank auch nochmal an unseren tollen Kellner. Wir können es nur empfehlen!"
